Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item, simply return the item unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original labels in place, within 30 days of the purchase date. The amount of the return will be credited to the method of payment used at the time of purchase, minus any shipping fees.

*Please note that purchases made in-store can only be exchanged or refunded in-store, within 14 days of the purchase date.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES IN-STORE

All online purchases can be returned or exchanged in-store. Simply present yourself to the TRISTAN store of your choice within 30 days of the purchase with your order number. The items to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original labels in place.

In-store refunds are issued to the method of payment used at the time of purchase. Your refund confirmation will be sent by e-mail. Your financial institution can take 2 to 5 business days to process your refund.

RETURNS BY MAIL

Returns by courier are free of charge and made with Canada Post. All orders are eligible for 1 complimentary return with a pre-paid return label. To initiate a return and obtain your pre-paid return label, click on Returns Management on the homepage footer of tristanstyle.com. Follow the steps to obtain your pre-paid and addressed return label. 

  1. Package all return items and affix the label to your return parcel. You can use the reusable bag or box the items arrived in or another shipping bag/box of your choice. If your return includes items from different orders, simply handwrite the item reference and order number on a sheet of paper and place it in the parcel.
  2. Take it to an authorized Canada Post drop-off location and ship it.
  3. You will receive an email once your refund has been issued. *If you do not have a printer, the Canada Post counter clerk can print you a label if you provide him/her with: 1. Your order number 2. The Canada Post return policy number PR743318

  • Your order number
  • the product reference number, the size and colour of the item(s) to be returned as well as the reason for the return.

You may always choose to return your package via another carrier and cover the shipping costs. TRISTAN will not accept packages for which shipping charges must be paid upon delivery. You must clearly identify your order number on the return package if you choose this option.

The refund will be completed within 5 business days after the reception of your parcel by our warehouse.

We suggest placing a new order for the desired item and proceed to the return of the item with which you are not satisfied. If delivery fees apply, contact Sarah Service to obtain a free shipping promo code. RESTRICTIONS

For hygienic reasons, we do not refund or exchange underwear, bodysuits, and earrings. Gift cards are final sales.
